*Inter University Management Fest-‘Tycoon’ 2024 organized at Sri Sai University, Palampur*:

Sri Sai University organized the Inter University and College Management Fest-‘Tycoon’ yesterday. 100 students from 6 universities and 14 colleges participated in the Management Fest.
Chief Guest Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Ashok Saryal in his inaugural place for young, aspiring students from renowned management institutes. It provides opportunities for budding managers to conceptualize, innovate and implement their ideas as well as learn from their fellow participants. He advised students to focus their attention on basic skills rather than complex and less useful skills.

Dr. N.N. Sharma, Vice Chancellor welcomed the guests present. In his address _he highlighted the current market situation_ and consumer behavior that people today are more idealistic, socially conscious and experience-oriented than their previous generations. He said that our young businesses have developed themselves as per the changing scenario of market requirements.

Chief guest of the concluding session, Pro Chancellor, E. Kanwar Tushar Punj, in his address expressed happiness over organizing the Management-Mahotsav 2024 and thanked the organizers.

Several programs were organized on the occasion including declamation contest, solo dance, quiz and extempore. The winners of the competitions are as follows:1. 3. Quiz: 1st Mr. Ishaan, Mr. Abhishek, Central University of Himachal Pradesh, 2nd Mr. Sahil and Mr. Abhishek, Shri Sai University, Palampur, 3rd Ms. Anshika and Mr. Atish, Shri Sai University, Palampur
4. Extempore: Ms. Sneha, Central University of Himachal Pradesh, II Mr. Divyanshu, Himachal Industrial and Educational Training, Shahpur III Ms. Swatika, K. l. B. D.A. V. College, Palampur I
The Overall Champion trophy was won by Central University of Himachal Pradesh, Dharamshala.

At the end Dr. O C Rana, Head of the Department of Management thanked all the Deans, HODs and Faculty of the University for marking their esteemed presence. He expressed special gratitude to the organizing committee, students and industry partners like Fortis Hospital, Kangra, ICICI Bank, Palampur, NORBU-The Montana Hotel, Dharamshala, Nanda Jewellers, Palampur and Cryans School, Baijnath for financially supporting the event.
