Rotary Club Palampur to Host Free Cancer Awareness Camp on May 12
Palampur, May 4: In a commendable initiative aimed at promoting early detection and awareness of cancer, Rotary Club Palampur is organizing a Free Cancer Awareness Camp on Monday, May 12, 2025, at Rotary Bhavan, Palampur. The camp will be held from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and is open to the general public.
The camp will feature expert consultation by Dr. Amit Rana, Assistant Professor and DM in Medical Oncology and Hematology at Dr. Rajendra Prasad Government Medical College (RPGMC), Tanda. His presence is expected to greatly benefit participants through professional guidance on cancer prevention, detection, and treatment.
The camp will offer free registration, consultation, and essential screening tests, including Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and breast cancer tests, particularly aimed at supporting early diagnosis and awareness among the community.
