A case FIR No 105/23 DT 21.08.23 under section 304 IPC was registered at police station Palampur in connection with the death of Akash Son of Pyara singh allegedly by the overdose of heroine/ chitta.
After collecting the primary physical ,technical and digital evidence one accused namely Sidharth Kaushal @nishu son of Sanjeev Kumar resident of ward no 02 lower bazaar Palampur aged 26 has been registered and produced before the Ld ACJM Palampur.The Ld court has remanded the accused for 4 days police custody.
Further investigation reveals the involvement of Rajkumari wife of Harvansh lal resident of Bindravan Palampur and her son Balbir @ Monu aged 33 years.The police while relying on the evidences has concluded that accused Rajkumari and her son Balvir has sold the heroine chitta to deceased and arrested both of them.
They will be produced before Ld ACJM Palampur tomorrow for police custody. Regards
