*Dr Anshul Goel Rheumatologist Himalaya Arthritis and Rheumatology centre, Kangra and Palampur has planned to organize a ”Himalaya Rheuma Conclave 23 at Dharamshala on 1st july 2023*
Rheumatology is a specialized field of medicine that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases, which include autoimmune disorders, musculoskeletal conditions, and systemic inflammatory diseases. Rheumatologists are medical doctors who have completed extensive training and education to specialize in this field.
The training path to become a rheumatologist typically follows the standard medical education and residency program.
rheumatologists are required to engage in ongoing medical education to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field. This involves attending conferences, participating in workshops, reading medical literature, and maintaining active involvement in professional organizations.
Keeping in view the necessity to keep up to date Dr Anshul Goel Rheumatologist Himalaya Arthritis and Rheumatology centre, Kangra and Palampur has planned to organize a ”Himalaya Rheuma Conclave 23 at Dharamshala Himachal Pradesh” the conclave will be organised In Association with IMA Dharamshala.
In a special interview with Tricity times Dr. Anshul Goyal Said that this Conclave is going to be a milestone in the field of rheumatology and the Fraternity of this field Will Be benefited in a big way ,ultimately the patients will get the better and latest way of treatment.
He told tricity times that as there is less awareness about autoimmune diseases among doctors, it is imperative that the doctors are given periodic education about these disorders so that these diseases are identified in time to save lives. For this, this conference is planned for which the best of teachers from PGI Chandigarh, hospitals from Delhi and other places are coming to Dharamshala. This conclave which is being held in Himachal for the first time, will be attended by doctors across Himachal and Punjab and it has already created a lot of interest among them. As this speciality is constantly evolving , advances in the diagnosis and treatment will be discussed. Special sessions are kept for medical students and junior doctors.
