Salary Delayed Again in HP Agriculture University, Palampur — DA Arrears to Be Released
Palampur, November 5 (Tri City Times).
At CSK Himachal Pradesh Agriculture University, Palampur, the arrears of Dearness Allowance (DA) for the period April 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025, will be transferred to all staff members, including pensioners. However, the salary for October has not been disbursed today, and according to internal sources, there is little hope for its release even on November 6 or 7.
In response, the Non-Teaching Employees Union (NTEU) has decided to hold a General House meeting on November 6, 2025, which will continue until the salary is released.
Naresh Kumar Sharma, Secretary of NTEU, stated that an official letter regarding this issue will be issued to the university administration today itself.
Several employees expressed strong resentment over the repeated delay, saying that “every time the delay in disbursing salaries and pensions is highly objectionable and demoralizing for the staff.”

सीएसके हिमाचल प्रदेश कृषि विश्वविद्यालय पालमपुर में कर्मचारियों और पेंशनरों के लिए अप्रैल 2025 से सितम्बर 2025 तक की अवधि का महंगाई भत्ता (DA) एरियर ट्रांसफर किया जाएगा। लेकिन, अक्टूबर माह का वेतन आज (5 नवम्बर) जारी नहीं हो सका, और जानकारी के अनुसार 6 या 7 नवम्बर को भी वेतन मिलने की संभावना नहीं है।
इस स्थिति को देखते हुए नॉन-टीचिंग एम्प्लॉइज यूनियन (NTEU) ने 6 नवम्बर 2025 को जनरल हाउस बुलाने का निर्णय लिया है, जो तब तक जारी रहेगा जब तक कर्मचारियों को वेतन नहीं मिल जाता।
यूनियन के सचिव नरेश कुमार शर्मा ने बताया कि इस विषय पर विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन को आज ही पत्र जारी किया जाएगा।
कई कर्मचारियों ने नाराज़गी जताते हुए कहा कि —
“हर बार पेंशन और वेतन में देरी होना बेहद आपत्तिजनक और निराशाजनक है।”
