Palampur Welfare & Environment Protection Forum (PWEPF) celebrated the 76th Republic Day in a meaningful and inspiring manner at its plantation site in Neugal Park, Palampur. The event beautifully blended patriotism with environmental responsibility, sending a strong message of sustainable development and love for nature.
Members of PWEPF, along with local citizens and volunteers, gathered at the plantation site to mark the occasion. The National Flag was unfurled, followed by patriotic slogans and reflections on the values enshrined in the Constitution of India. On this occasion, the Forum reiterated its commitment to protecting the environment and promoting eco-friendly practices in the region.
PWEPF has been consistently working for environmental conservation, tree plantation drives, cleanliness campaigns, and public awareness programs in and around Palampur. Celebrating Republic Day at a plantation site itself reflects the NGO’s ideology—where national progress goes hand in hand with environmental protection.
