*Three individuals in a narcotics-related case arrested by Panchrukhi police*
“On the 3rd of May 2024, three individuals were arrested in connection with Case FIR No. 42/24, dated 03/05/2024, under Sections 20, 25, 29 of the ND&PS Act at Biara. The arrested individuals are:
Amit Kumar, son of Pawan Kumar, residing at Vill. Dhandera, PO Kachera, Tehsil Baijnath, Distt Kangra, HP, aged 23 years.
Vipan Kumar, son of Desh Raj, residing at Vill. Tinbar, PO Kachera, Tehsil Jaisinghpur, Distt Kangra, HP, aged 30 years.
Aadarsh Kumar, son of Chain Singh Rana, residing at Vill. Upper Rajot, PO Rakkar, Tehsil Baijnath, Distt Kangra, HP, aged 33 years.
Upon their arrest, 112 grams of charas/cannabis were recovered from their vehicle, a Maruti Alto. The vehicle has been impounded, and further investigation is underway.
