Ashutosh Singh and Maleeka Ghai, this Husband wife creative couple bagged 4 awards for their emotional social drama titled “Mummy Papa”. The seven-minute short film inspires nobility while showing mirror to the society about the value of parents in our lives and how one should never take them for granted.

Ashutosh Singh and Maleeka Ghai produced the film under the banner of Ma Cinema. Ashutosh Singh and Maleeka Ghai are honored by the overwhelming response from the audience and famed celebrities of the film and television industry.

Despite being the writer, producer, actor and director duo of this marvelous film, this real life couple is very down to earth and endearing. When we asked about how they feel about such awe-inspiring response and views of their film. They simply said, they do not care as much about the number of views but the number of hearts the film touches. If their noble message of loving thy parents brings about a positive change in person’s life then they think they have done their job. Bravo!

In future, Ashutosh Singh and Maleeka Ghai want to make social films with a noble message through their joint venture Ma Cinema.

Ashutosh Singh is a writer, director, actor and a published poet. He is currently doing the role of sage Shukracharya in TV series Parshuram broadcasting on Atrangii Channel. He also won 40 national and international awards as best actor for his short films.

Maleeka Ghai is an Indian actress best known for her roles in TV series like Dharmakshetra, Chandrakanta, Desh Ki Beti Nandini and Saraswatichandra. She has been twice nominated for ITA Awards for her performance in Dharmakshetra as Gandhari, which is available on Netflix, and for the role of Bhadra Maa in Colors channel series Chandrakanta. She has also appeared in numerous Bollywood films like Hum To Mohabbat Karega, Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat, Heeralal Pannalal and Agniputra.

While talking to Tricity Times the couple told that this is going to be a great achiever in the world of entertainment and they hope that people would like a story very near to everyone’s life.
